Bio
I have been a devoted childcare owner and early childhood educator since 2003. Although my academic background is in Agricultural Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science degree, my heart led me to a completely different path—early education. From the moment I stepped into this field, I knew it was where I was meant to be. Over the years, I’ve built not just a business, but a nurturing and enriching environment for young children to grow, explore, and thrive.
Throughout my journey, I have continuously sought to improve and grow professionally. I obtained my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, earned national accreditation, and was honored to be named the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) Provider of the Year in 2018. These recognitions are a reflection of my dedication to quality, my passion for lifelong learning, and my unwavering commitment to children and their families.
My educational philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that children receive the best care when they develop strong, lasting bonds with their caregivers. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and loving environment where each child feels seen, heard, and valued. I believe in the power of play as a natural and effective way for children to learn, solve problems, and express themselves.
My goal is to help children become confident, independent, and kind individuals. I want them to experience the joy of discovery, to feel the pride that comes from mastering a new skill, and to grow into people who respect themselves and others. Respect, kindness, and empathy are at the heart of everything we do in my program.
Each day, I feel grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and their families. This work is not just a career for me—it’s a calling, and I am deeply committed to creating a positive and lasting impact in early childhood education.
