Pre-K program with educational foundation immersed with leadership skill development. Creative and fun play based learning environment filled with love and understanding for each scholar. Acad of Little Leaders Daycare Inc. ('ALL"), has served hundreds of children since its inception in 2014. Previously operating as a daycare center in NYC, we now serve children in the family child care capacity in Maryland (currently, a Maryland Excels Level 4 working on accreditation for their top Level 5). The provider and co-provider each have over 20+ years experience working with children at various capacities. Provider and Director, Barbara, was educated at both York College and Cornell University and has many years of experience with children. She's thrived as a business owner, utilizing her skills learned in the financial business world. Co-Provider and Educational Director, Crystal, has two Masters, one in education from St. John's University, and the other from Columbia University in educational leadership. She began her early childhood career as a Gymboree teacher in 2001 focusing on training parents in supporting their children's development from the ages of 3 months through 5 years old; then became a certified teacher in 2003, teaching children ranging from Pre-k through 7th grade for many years prior to the opening of "ALL."
