Cierra Benjamin

My name is Cierra Benjamin, and I am a proud mother of a beautiful 6-year-old boy. I hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently a junior at Coppin State University. With over 10 years of experience in childhood education, I have a deep passion for helping shape young minds.

As an early childhood educator, my philosophy centers on creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters the holistic development of each child. I believe that every child is unique, with their own strengths, interests, and learning styles. It is my responsibility to recognize and celebrate these differences, providing tailored support that encourages individual growth while ensuring all children have the same opportunity to engage in activities. My primary goal for the children in my care is to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development, equipping them with the skills they need to thrive both in school and in life.
