With over 15 years of experience in both public and private school settings and 20 years as a dedicated childcare provider, my educational philosophy is rooted in a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Howard University, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction, which has equipped me with a robust framework for developing effective educational programs.

My recent certification in Montessori leadership marks a significant transition in my approach to education. I believe that every child is a unique learner, deserving of an education that respects their individual developmental needs and interests. The Montessori philosophy aligns perfectly with my vision of cultivating independence, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
