I am a family childcare provider of five years, I have a Bachelors degree in business administration and pursuing a Master's degree in special education in Notre dame university Baltimore, I will be graduating May 2026.
I choose early childhood education to make a lasting impact in the children's education and lay the foundation for their social, emotional and physical development. I also want to foster growth and development, this allows me to play a key roll in their personal development by nurturing the future and making a positive difference,
My philosophy of education is centered on fostering a supportive, inclusive and dynamic learning environment where every student is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential
My goal for the children in my care is to foster a love of learning, encourage independence, support cognitive and physical growth and a respectful environment where every child feels valued and confident.
Finally, I help them develop them develop into well rounded, compassionate individuals who are prepared for future challenges.
