Linda Zaldivar

I am a retired School teacher following a successful 32-year career in El Salvador, Honduras, and the U.S. During these years, I taught IB (International Baccalaureate) History and Spanish to high school students. I have a BA in Sociology, a master’s in education (Curriculum and Instruction), and a one-year certificate in Early Education. After retiring, I decided I wanted to work with young children, especially my grandson, so I opened an FCC. I love teaching young children.

I believe in the value of human diversity and the fair treatment of all people. My number one goal is to provide the kind of environment and the kind of influences that encourage all children (including children under IFSP/IEP Plans) to become creative, independent, responsible, well-rounded, self-directed adults who can make decisions for themselves. I desire to excel in meeting the needs of children and their families for nurturing, growth and development, relationships, and understanding.
