Rosa Johnson

With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I am deeply committed to helping children build a strong educational foundation. I hold a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and concluded my teaching career in the school system as a Kindergarten teacher. Early on, I discovered that early childhood education is both my passion and my calling.

My passion for working in early childhood education stems from the belief that these formative years are crucial in shaping a child’s future. I am committed to creating an environment where children not only receive a strong academic start but also develop a love for learning. I believe that when children are excited about learning, they are more motivated and engaged throughout their educational journey.

My educational philosophy emphasizes the importance of social-emotional development alongside academic growth. I aim to nurture a classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and respected, fostering a sense of belonging. I encourage children to recognize and express their emotions, helping them build strong social skills and emotional resilience. By supporting their emotional well-being, I empower children to develop the confidence they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

My goal is to provide love, guidance, and a sense of empowerment, helping each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally, while encouraging them to communicate effectively and express themselves confidently.
