Anny Gonzalez

I'm Mrs. Anny, a family childcare provider and the founder of Casa MAKV Montessori Preschool. I've wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. Coming from an IT background gave me many strengths, but I found my true calling as a mother and embraced my role of teaching my daughters. I have been working with young children for over ten years. After earning a BA in Early Childhood Education and becoming a Certified Montessori teacher, for the last 17 years, I have been dedicated to teaching the families in my community. I love being a stay-at-home mom, and I want to be with my daughters and teach them English and Spanish, my native languages. Today, I am a proud ASPIRE pre-K educator.
I have always loved and enjoyed teaching young children at the different facilities where I work and serve. I proudly run my classroom at my home in Germantown, MD. Casa Makv Montessori Preschool was born from the necessity of our community to have a place that provides a kind, loving, and nurturing environment for preschoolers and their families. Aspire and the family childcare alliance have made it possible. As a mother and educator, my priority is to help each individual who comes to our preschool and pre-k program develop to his/her full potential.
